- Payments received comes only from payment records.
- Refunds comes only from refund records.
- Net received subtracts successful refunds from received payments.
- Void invoices are not collectible.
- A REPLACED source is excluded from active invoice value so the source and replacement are not double-counted, while real payment history remains with the source.
