Choose safely
- Delete removes an eligible unused Draft that has no protected activity.
- Void keeps the invoice record but makes it non-collectible.
- Invoices with protected financial activity cannot be hard-deleted.
Void an invoice or delete an unused Draft
Use Void for an issued invoice that should remain in history, and Delete only for an eligible unused draft.
