Privacy Policy

This Policy explains the information InvoiceSolved processes when you use our website, account, invoicing, estimate, payment-link, email, reporting, and support features.

Effective date: October 2, 2026

1. Information we process

  • Account information: email address, authentication identifiers, profile information, plan, and subscription status.
  • Business information: business name, contact details, address, branding, logo, invoice defaults, and automation settings you choose to save.
  • Client and transaction records: client contact details, invoice and estimate content, items, amounts, payment and refund metadata, signatures, deposits, reminders, and record history.
  • Authentication information: Firebase authentication state and provider identifiers. InvoiceSolved does not store your Firebase password.
  • Usage and operational information: page and feature interactions, request metadata, device or browser information made available through standard web requests, security events, and sanitized service logs.
  • Email and support information: recipients, delivery status, message content you submit, and related audit information needed to deliver invoices, notices, or support responses.
  • Provider information: Stripe customer, subscription, connected-account, Checkout, payment, refund, dispute, and status references needed to provide billing and payment features.

Stripe handles payment credentials such as full card numbers. InvoiceSolved does not receive or store full card numbers.

2. Public invoice and estimate links

If you enable or share a public invoice payment link or estimate link, anyone with the valid link may be able to view the information intentionally presented on that page and take the supported action. Treat these links as sensitive and revoke or rotate them when the product provides that control and access should end.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users; provide and secure the service; save and render invoices and estimates; generate PDFs; deliver requested messages; support customer payments and subscription billing; calculate plan usage; prevent abuse and duplicate processing; maintain audit and financial history; operate backups and recovery safeguards; troubleshoot problems; and respond to support requests.

4. Service providers

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate InvoiceSolved. Major categories currently include:

  • Hosting and application delivery: providers that run and deliver the web application.
  • Google Firebase: authentication, Firestore data storage, and related backup or recovery capabilities.
  • Stripe: InvoiceSolved subscription billing and connected-merchant customer payments.
  • Email delivery: Resend processes requested invoice, billing, operational, and support email delivery.

Providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Cookies, local storage, and authentication persistence

InvoiceSolved and its providers use browser storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in, preserve necessary application state, prevent abuse, and provide requested functionality. Firebase authentication may persist your sign-in locally in your browser. Your browser controls may allow you to clear stored data, but doing so can sign you out or reset local application state.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit history, resolve disputes, meet legal or accounting obligations, and support backup and recovery. Retention may differ by record type. Backup copies may remain for a limited period after primary data changes. Financial and operational records may be preserved when deletion would compromise an audit trail or legal obligation.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access controls, tenant separation, server-side handling of sensitive credentials, protected financial histories, and backup monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials and public links secure and contact support if activity appears unfamiliar.

8. Your choices and requests

You can update many account and business details inside InvoiceSolved, manage a Stripe subscription through the Billing Portal, and control supported public links and connected-payment settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of information that cannot be managed in the product, contact us through the Help Center. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law.

9. Children

InvoiceSolved is a business service and is not directed to children. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are not legally able to use the service.

10. International processing

InvoiceSolved and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those locations may have different data-protection laws. We rely on provider safeguards and other lawful mechanisms where applicable.

11. Policy changes

We may update this Policy as InvoiceSolved or applicable requirements change. The updated page will state its effective date, and we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
