Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of InvoiceSolved, including its invoicing, estimates, subscription, payment-link, email, reporting, and related services.

Effective date: October 2, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using InvoiceSolved, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you use InvoiceSolved for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account, maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials, and promptly contacting support if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Permitted use

You may use InvoiceSolved to manage legitimate business invoicing, estimates, customer records, payment links, subscriptions, and related workflows. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, tax treatment, delivery, and commercial terms of the documents and transactions you create.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use InvoiceSolved to violate law, infringe another person's rights, misrepresent transactions, distribute malware or unsolicited messages, probe or bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or access data that does not belong to you.

5. Invoices, estimates, and customer payments

InvoiceSolved provides tools that help you prepare and deliver business records. It is not a party to the underlying agreement between you and your customer and does not determine whether your goods or services were delivered or accepted.

When you connect Stripe to accept an invoice or estimate payment, you act as the merchant for that customer transaction through your connected Stripe account. You are responsible for customer service, transaction accuracy, refunds, disputes, taxes, and compliance obligations associated with those transactions. InvoiceSolved is not the merchant of record for those customer payments.

6. Stripe and other third-party services

Payment processing, authentication, hosting, email delivery, and other features rely on third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. InvoiceSolved does not control third-party availability, verification decisions, payment holds, disputes, or provider requirements.

7. Subscription billing and plan changes

Starter and Pro are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe on the monthly or yearly interval you select. Unless canceled, a paid subscription renews automatically at the applicable price and interval. You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method associated with your subscription.

Plan features, limits, and prices are described on the Pricing page. Upgrades may take effect after Stripe confirms any required payment; supported downgrades or billing-cycle reductions may be scheduled for the end of the current billing period. We may change future plan features or prices with reasonable notice where required, but a displayed promotional or introductory price applies only as described in the offer.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You may manage or cancel a Stripe-managed subscription through the Billing Portal available from your Account page. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of a billing period, paid access continues through the displayed access-through date. Subscription refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

9. Customer content

You retain ownership of the business, client, invoice, estimate, branding, and other content you provide. You grant InvoiceSolved the limited permission needed to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content to operate the service—for example, to save records, render PDFs, send requested emails, or display a public payment or estimate page.

You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to provide that content and to contact the recipients you identify.

10. InvoiceSolved intellectual property

InvoiceSolved and its software, branding, designs, and service materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or permit you to copy, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative services except where applicable law expressly allows it.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep InvoiceSolved available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, or other circumstances may temporarily affect the service. Features may change as the product evolves.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InvoiceSolved is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. InvoiceSolved does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and you should obtain professional advice when needed.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InvoiceSolved will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Any limitation applies only to the extent the applicable law permits.

14. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, providers, or the public; address suspected misuse; comply with law; or respond to nonpayment. You may stop using InvoiceSolved at any time. Ending access does not erase obligations or records that must reasonably be retained for security, financial-history, legal, or operational purposes.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The updated page will state its effective date. When appropriate, we will provide additional notice before materially revised Terms take effect. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
